Red Edge ‘71 Block’ Shiraz 2021 castillon-côtes-de-bordeaux Deep dark red colour withOur Degree Shiraz is an aromatic fruit forward wine, with soft tannins and a smooth finish. Designed for immediate drinking the 2021 vintage compromises 90% Shiraz, 6% Mourvdre and 4% Riesling. The Mourvdre softens the Shiraz tannins and the co fermented Riesling helps lift the aromatics. This unique blend was first made in 2002 from our "Young Vine" block, planted in 1999. The combination has worked so well over the years, and while the % of each
