the wine was transferred to French oak barrels (mostly 500L puncheons) for wild malolactic fermentation and ten months maturation in our cellar
Tenute Pieralisi Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC 2024 Size::1 Bottle rich and with a veryOpen and expressive nose with aromas of apricot, orchard fruit, white flower and citrus. The palate has minerality and texture with ripe tropical notes of pineapple and stone fruit, underpinned by racy acidity and a touch of salinity.
